The financial services sector is transforming as a result of the digitalization of financial services and technology involvement. The widespread availability of the internet, the growing use of smartphones, and technology breakthroughs have all led to the huge transformation of technological shifts in the financial industry, sometimes referred to as FinTech. The objective of the present research paper is to examine the present FinTech adoption pattern as well as people's perceptions of FinTech in select district of Eastern Uttra Pradesh  in order to derive  suitable recommendations for enhancing  the FinTech area in the future. It has been observed that due to the rural development the  FinTech adoption is increasing rapidly in rural areas, and attempts to reduce the risk associated with this should be reduced. It is advocated that the rural masses  should be better informed on the manner in which  technology must be used  to make their lives easier.
