Abstract

In today’s competitive world, the organization’s sustainability depends on their employees. For the organizational continuity, the organization should understand the importance of high potentials in the organization and to find the methods to identify and develop them. For identification and development of high potentials, the organization should have proper awareness on the need and objectives of these programmes, how to make them involved in these identification and development programme. This paper analyses the general perception of employer on identification and development of high potential .
