This study explores the changing economic and occupational landscapes of these communities, examining traditional livelihoods, the impact of modernity, and the role of natural resources like fishing, agriculture, and tourism. By analyzing primary data from the region, the research aims to understand how these occupations have evolved and the socio-economic challenges these communities face. This study provides valuable insights into how coastal populations adapt to socio-economic and environmental changes and offers policy recommendations for sustainable development in the region.
