Abstract

Employees are a vital asset to any organization, and their level of motivation significantly influences productivity, job performance, and overall organizational growth. This study titled “A Study on Employee Motivation among Workers at Balaji Industries, Rajasthan” examines the level of motivation among workers and the factors that influence their performance and job satisfaction. The study focuses on aspects such as recognition, career growth opportunities, work environment, communication, supervisor support, and the effective use of employees’ skills and abilities.

 Primary data were collected from 83 workers using a structured questionnaire through Google Forms. Secondary data were gathered from journals, books, and relevant organizational sources. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis and statistical tools such as the Chi-square test in SPSS. The findings of the study help in understanding the motivational level of employees and provide suggestions to improve employee engagement and productivity within the organization.
