Large firms, especially ones in the transportation logistics SMEs are documented to have green supply chains in their transportation at a higher documentation rate of green supply chains. The SMEs are documented to have higher obstacles in the adoption of green supply chain. These are documented as minimal available finances, inadequate logistical technological systems and supply chains that are very poorly linked, or what is often referred to, as fragmented supply chains.
