Abstract

Healthcare prediction plays an important role in early disease detection and improving medical decision-making. Traditional healthcare systems mainly depend on manual diagnosis and clinical experience, which may requiremoretime and effort. Theadvancement of Artificial Intelligence(AI) andMachineLearning(ML)providesefficientsolutionsforanalyzinglargevolumesofmedicaldata and predicting possible health risks.

The proposed AI-Based Healthcare Prediction System uses machine learning algorithms to analyze patient health records and predict the possibility of diseases. The system collects medical attributes such as age, gender, blood pressure, glucose level, BMI, cholesterol level, and other clinical parameters.Datapreprocessing, featureselection, andclassificationtechniquesareappliedtoimprove prediction accuracy. Machine learning models such as Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine are used for disease prediction.

The system helps healthcare professionals and patients by providing faster prediction results, supportingearlydiagnosis, andimprovingtreatmentplanning.Thisintelligenthealthcareframework reduces manual workload and enhances healthcare services through data-driven decision-making.
