[1] Spam detection has become an important task in modern digital communication systems because it helps identify unwanted, misleading, or harmful messages. Spam messages are commonly found in emails, social media platforms, and messaging applications. These messages may contain advertisements, phishing links, malware, or fraudulent content that can affect users and organizations. Traditionally, spam detection was performed using rule-based filtering methods where predefined rules were used to identify suspicious messages, but these methods often struggle to handle the constantly changing patterns of spam messages [1] [2].
[2] To address this challenge, an AI-based Spam Detection System can be developed using Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing techniques. The system analyzes message content and identifies patterns that distinguish spam messages from legitimate ones. By using machine learning algorithms and language models, the system can automatically classify messages as spam or non-spam based on the features extracted from the text. This intelligent approach helps users and organizations filter unwanted messages more effectively and maintain secure communication environments [2] [3].
[3] The implementation of this AI-based system significantly reduces the effort required for manual monitoring of messages and improves the speed of spam detection. This allows the system to continuously learn and adapt to new spam patterns [3] [4].[4] Overall, the AI-based Spam Detection System provides an efficient and intelligent solution for managing unwanted digital communication. It improves accuracy in identifying spam messages, reduces security risks, and saves time for users and organizations. By integrating artificial intelligence with text analysis techniques, the system contributes to the development of smarter communication platforms that enhance cybersecurity and protect users from spam and malicious messages in real-world applications [4].
