Abstract

The Community Serve – AI Powered Smart Local Service Booking Platform is a web- based application developed to digitally transform the traditional process of booking local household services. The platform provides a secure and centralized environment where users can connect with verified service providers such as electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, appliance repair experts, grocery delivery personnel, and home painters. The system integrates Firebase Authentication for secure user management and Firestore Database for real-time booking storage and tracking. A unique feature of the platform is the integration of an AI-based problem detection module, which allows users to upload images related to service issues and receive preliminary suggestions before confirming a booking. The frontend is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsiveness and user-friendly interaction, while Flask (Python) handles backend processing and AI integration. The

 

proposed system enhances transparency, efficiency, and convenience while ensuring scalability for future improvements such as payment integration and provider dashboards. Overall, the project demonstrates the practical implementation of cloud computing and artificial intelligence in community-based service management.
