It replaces traditional manual complaint methods such as paper forms and phone calls with a centralized digital system. Citizens can register, submit complaints with supporting evidence like images or videos, and track their complaint status in real time. The system also provides an administrative dashboard for authorities to view, categorize, and resolve complaints efficiently. It is developed using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for high performance and scalability.
