Abstract

Childhood immunity is a critical component of a child's overall health and well-being. The immune system is responsible for defending the body against harmful pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi. While children are born with a partially developed immune system, it continues to mature and adapt throughout childhood. One factor that can significantly influence childhood immunity is the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics are powerful medications used to treat bacterial infections, but their impact on the developing immune system is complex and multifaceted.
