In an industry characterized by frequent layoffs, project- based roles, and rapid technological changes, job stability has become a critical concern. Utilizing a quantitative, cross-sectional research design, this study analyzes data from IT professionals to determine whether perceived job security enhances employees' willingness to communicate, innovate, and take interpersonal risks. The findings reveal a highly significant positive correlation between job security and psychological safety, emphasizing the need for organizations to balance technological advancement with employee well-being.
