The Smart Automation Dashboard is a web- based application designed to automate and simplify the recruitment process using Artificial Intelligence. It helps HR professionals analyze resumes efficiently by extracting structured candidate information such as personal details, skills, education, experience, and certifications from unstructured resume data. Developed using modern full-stack technologies like Streamlit for the frontend and API-based AI integration for intelligent resume parsing, the system also uses dotenv for secure API key management. The dashboard provides an easy interface to upload or paste resume content and instantly receive detailed candidate analysis. By reducing manual screening and organizing candidate data automatically, the Smart Recruitment Dashboard improves hiring efficiency, speeds up shortlisting, and supports better recruitment decision-making, with future scope for features like PDF uploads, candidate ranking, database integration, analytics visualization, and role-based access control
