Students often face challenges in managing academic projects due to the lack of a structured platform for collaboration, mentorship, and documentation. This paper introduces the Student Project Hub, a centralized digital platform designed to streamline the entire project lifecycle. Using automated workflows and intuitive interfaces, it enables students to submit project proposals, collaborate with mentors, and track progress efficiently. The system integrates real-time dashboards, originality checks, and communication tools to ensure seamless coordination. Additionally, it provides a repository of completed projects for future reference and knowledge sharing. Future enhancements will include AI-driven project recommendations and advanced analytics for performance tracking.
