Author Name Dr.V.M.AnithaRajathi and D.Sivaranjini Abstract Employee Welfare means anything which have been donefor the consolation and improvement, intellectual, social welfare of the personal over and above the wages paid which isn't necessity of the industry. It also helps them to have minimum desirable standards like housing, health, clothing, education, job, insurance, and fun for themselves. A survey was conductedusingstructuredquestionnaireinPDCSM,PUDUKKOTTAI.Dataanalysishasbeen done using SPSS. The sample size was 117. Convenient sampling method has been used. PDCSMprovidesallthestatutorybenefitsaswellasmostofthenonstatutorybenefitsevenafter they get separated from the PDCSM. Thus the employees and their families feel motivated and secure and satisfied with welfare benefits provided by the organization.
