This study exposes the epidemiology of abnormal glucose metabolism namely:  Diabetes and impaired fasting glucose (IFG) in 13 administrative regions. We present some methods for estimating Weibull distribution with parameters (shape) and (scale). This distribution is an important especially for reliability and maintainability analysis. Computational experiments on the presented methods are reported.
