Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between drug use and crime rates in India using time series data. It also explores the application of the FP-Growth algorithm for identifying frequent patterns in drug-related crimes over the years. The study leverages historical data to forecast future trends, providing insights for policymakers and law enforcement agencies. The results show significant correlations between certain drug types and specific crime categories, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions.
