This qualitative study explores the dimensions, challenges, and transformative potential of TPCs in empowering educators to meet the demands of the 21st-century classroom. This research contributes to understanding how techno-pedagogical competencies can empower educators to create inclusive, effective, and technology-driven learning environments, ultimately enhancing educational quality in the digital era. It concludes with recommendations for integrating comprehensive techno-pedagogical frameworks into teacher education programs, ensuring educators are equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly digitising educational landscape. The study emphasizes the importance of institutional support, continuous training, and policy interventions in closing the competency gap and promoting innovation in teaching practices. Additionally, it advocates for a collaborative approach to professional development that includes peer mentoring, cross-disciplinary dialogue, and the practical application of techno-pedagogical tools.
